Say hello
Write to us
About a particular stone, about which lap to buy, or about something you have read and cannot make sense of. We answer everything, usually within a working day.
Email or ring — whichever suits. There is no form on this page, because answering an email does not require us to store your details on a website.
If you are asking about a particular piece, send us its reference from the listing and we can go straight to it.
Before you write
If you are after a stone we do not have listed, tell us the species, the rough weight you need and the cut you have in mind. It saves a round of emails and we can go straight to the trays.
